"Very basic room. No frills. Location was fine for what we needed. There is a restaurant 3 min away. Access to room is with a code that was provided via email. We did not have breakfast. Never saw any staff."

"Easy check in with code to key box arriving 3 o’clock sharp. Very central location with a short walk to the waterside. The dedicated parking spaces were occupied but there is an easily accessible public parking on the other side of the main road that’s affordable. Nicely decorated room. A minus for the bathroom door being a transparent glass sliding door - not much room for privacy. Very strong perfume smell in the lobby which was otherwise the only drawback. "Charming hotel, very friendly staff, beautiful location with views facing the water on the 3rd floor. Lots of steps, so be aware if mobility is an issue but we absolutely loved it (and Hallstatt)!"

"Booked it last second. I got the check in information right away and got in a couple hours later. Super spacious with two big bedrooms is hard to beat. Right next to the railway cog that takes you up the mountain which is so cool! And you can hear the stream from inside. Great deck too. Grateful for my stay!"

"A really beautiful hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Enjoyed the restaurant, the bar and the beer garden. The food was delicious everywhere, but the restaurant in particular was fantastic. Spa and pool were really nice, very relaxing and also clean and tidy. Highly recommend!"

Meget venlige og servicemindede, og forståelse for at vi kom stærkt forsinkede til opholdsstedet, som i øvrigt viste sig at huse byens politistation, meget specielt og lever ikke helt op til forventningerne i forhold til præsentationen på Hotels.com. Lejligheden var stor med 2 rummelige værelser med fine senge og godt badeværelse og køkken."
