"Excellent house and perfectly described! I would suggest updating dining room chairs and couches as they are either uncomfortable and/or well worn. Kitchen needs dish clothes, bigger coffee cups, and updates to pots and pans. Love the set up with 2 of many items: dishwashers, refrigerators, kitchen trash cans (4), ovens, washers, and dryers! Walk to and from the beach was difficult for my 79 year old mother (she only did it one time because of it), primarily because of steep hill coming back. Elevator worked great the whole time. I would rent this house again and appreciate the great Sept. price!"

"This house was very clean and very well maintained. All of the mechanicals and fixtures were in working order and well maintained. It is obvious the owners take this property serious. The attention to detail of the decor is amazing. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the cooking tools we needed all week, including a meat thermometer and oyster shucking knife! The bedrooms and baths were very clean, and being a dog friendly property was a gem. There was only one minor issue upon arrival the pool pump was making an obnoxious racket but the host had that taken care of very quickly. The only (minor) drawback of this property is the size of the pool area is very tight, especially if you have small children. Although it being very well maintained, the pool furniture takes up most of the area around the pool making space for walking very tight and very close to the pool. The concrete walkway around the pool is narrow. We only had 6 adults and 3 children and things were tight. Overall we REALLY enjoyed our stay. Other than the pool, we would rent this property again. Thank you to the owners!!"

"Great location and the house was well appointed for our group size (14 people). Very much appreciated king size beds, adequate dishes, beach chairs, and details like allergy-encased mattresses so no bugs existed in mattresses and pillows. Excellent communication and responsiveness, including the host having extra paper products delivered. Cleaning did not meet expectations for cost with dust present throughout the house, we had to rewash some sheets as they had been put on the beds damp, and things like the glass doors and windows had children’s handprints all over them. The washing machine was also moldy. Host may need a new cleaning crew or higher service level. Recommend an upright washing machine as guests probably close the front loading door when not in use creating mold."
