"Ok first of all Aaron the owner is amazing. We had some bad weather coming in and he went above and beyond to help my party to get to the vacation home. Now as far as the home it was immaculately clean and tidy. These people take good care of their rental property. Everything was top of the line and they had piles of games for family night. The home is spacious and well worth the price we paid. We come to the outer banks every two years and we plan on if it’s available to stay here again. Dawn the property manager was so kind and sweet and helpful to my family and me. I can’t recommend this property enough folks. Stay here and you and your family will definitely be pleased in every way."

"Overall this is a beautiful Beach House that offers spacious rooms and amenities to accommodate up to 16 comfortably. The house has 3 levels and is designed well offering privacy as well as gathering areas for larger groups. The house is tastefully designed and looks similar to the pictures online. It is steps to the beach and a 5 minute drive to the Sound side. The pool is small in size but served us well. There is a Dollar General 5 minutes away and we did enjoy Charlie’s Boat Rentals for jet ski and pontoon rentals.Upon arrival we did encounter a few minor issues with the oven and front door latch that Elba had addressed immediately. The bathrooms could use a deep cleaning and replacement of bath mats and shower curtains. Elba is an excellent host and very communicative to ensure your stay is comfortable and all your needs met."

"This house was very clean and very well maintained. All of the mechanicals and fixtures were in working order and well maintained. It is obvious the owners take this property serious. The attention to detail of the decor is amazing. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the cooking tools we needed all week, including a meat thermometer and oyster shucking knife! The bedrooms and baths were very clean, and being a dog friendly property was a gem. There was only one minor issue upon arrival the pool pump was making an obnoxious racket but the host had that taken care of very quickly. The only (minor) drawback of this property is the size of the pool area is very tight, especially if you have small children. Although it being very well maintained, the pool furniture takes up most of the area around the pool making space for walking very tight and very close to the pool. The concrete walkway around the pool is narrow. We only had 6 adults and 3 children and things were tight. Overall we REALLY enjoyed our stay. Other than the pool, we would rent this property again. Thank you to the owners!!"
