"Stunning Views, but Maintenance and Communication Fell ShortThe house itself is lovely with a functional layout, and the elevator was a huge plus for our group. We really appreciated the en-suite bathrooms for every bedroom, the dolphin sightings at sunrise, and the thoughtful touches like coffee and beach towels.However, the service side of our stay was disappointing. We booked for two weeks, and despite reaching out immediately about a rusted, unusable grill and missing hand towels, it took nearly a week to resolve. The pool was our biggest issue: despite clear communication weeks in advance about wanting it heated for our second Saturday, it wasn't usable until the following Friday. The pool remained sandy and the deck was cluttered with stacked chairs throughout our stay. While the host, Brian, was responsive, the actual follow-through from his maintenance and cleaning teams was lacking. We did receive a 300 credit for the pool, but it didn't quite make up for losing a week of a paid amenity.Trisha F"

"We loved staying at Ocean Breeze! The proximity to the pier is what drew us to this house. We had a wonderful week watching dolphins and whales from the deck. We caught some great fish, sharks and rays from the pier. Hilary was an amazing host. She messaged me with events happening during our stay, rip current situations and more. She responded to my questions and was overall so helpful. We can’t wait to come back again and stay at Ocean Breeze!"

"Our rating is current as we just left the property on April 18, 2026. As you plan to book this property, be certain you understand that it is actively for sale (with a pending buyer) which could possibly affect your rental. You can see the listing at realtor.com.The house is beautiful, the views are gorgeous but there were several BIG inconveniences resulting in our 3 rating. Here are all of the items we encountered. Several of the door locks leading to the outside were broken and this was a HUGE safety concern for us. The outside shower was filthy and non-functioning when we arrived. Screen in theater room has white spots on it making it difficult to watch. Top floor air conditioner does not hold temperature (stays on 74-77) making it very hot. Both dishwasher face plates were broken preventing use of the dishwashers. Ice maker and water were broken in the refrigerator. Ice maker obviously was a problem because it was held together with two zip ties. We were never able to figure out the TV remotes. The TV remotes in the room do not work on the TV in that room. We had to go to several different rooms to find one that would work the TV in the living room which was very frustrating. The outside yard is full of sandspurs. Do NOT walk in any grassy areas without shoes! Be careful inside where the carpet areas are as well as the sandspurs are embedded in the carpet especially the entrance doormat and these hurt!Positives - outside furniture was very nice and pool is clean."
