"None of us old people used the pool or actually got into the sea, but we walked the beach daily. The ocean view was spectacular and many of us got up each morning to view sunrise. The kitchen layout worked well for us, with a good selection of pots & pans, and plenty of dishes and silverware (only ten of us attended) and nice that we all fit at the table together. Mostly we all hung out together on the third floor, worked jigsaw puzzles when not on the beach or gone fishing."

"Our family had a fabulous time at Jay’s rental. We enjoyed our family time together and all the space this house had to offer! The elevator was a life saver. The fishing was great and morning coffee on the decks was relaxing. Off season in OBX is the best!"

Great communication. Super clean. Loved that we could bring our two medium sized dogs. Would be great if they would have a couple of basics: salt/pepper, leave condiments in refrigerator for guests to use or leave. "
