"Everything was wonderful. Highly recommend. Really enjoyed our stay with our family. The host was very nice and accommodating and communicative. The kitchen was well stocked. The pool and hot tub were awesome. The fire pit was great. We used the grill one night and it was perfect. The walk to the beach was super easy. Such a pretty area. Definitely planning to return. We never wanted to leave. Be mindful if you have individuals that have mobility issues, there are quite a lot of stairs (common for beach houses)"

"We really enjoyed our stay. The house had plenty of space for everyone, and the pool and shuffleboard table were both a big hit.We especially liked the location. It was very quiet and peaceful with almost no through traffic. We’ve stayed up and down the Outer Banks and tried several different towns, and this was a great balance. It’s close enough to the more populated areas to make a quick run for groceries or whatever else you need, but far enough away to still feel isolated. There was also enough nearby for our teens to have some independence, whether biking around, walking for ice cream, or just exploring.We experienced an issue related to some unusually severe weather during our stay, and both the property manager and homeowner responded very promptly and went above and beyond to address it. We really appreciated how responsive and accommodating they were.There were plenty of mosquitoes and we had our share of unpredictable weather, but that’s the Outer Banks this time of year. If you don’t want to deal with the possibility of either, you’re probably not cut out for the OBX. It’s part of the charm!Overall, a great stay and a location we’d happily return to."

"This space was just as the pictures portrayed.The couch and chairs were very comfy, the kitchen was well stocked (we loved the Beast blender for making bulletproof coffee), the bed was firm (we like a firm mattress), and the dual showerheads were amazing!Short walk to the beach, plenty of parking. Lots of windows for natural light (we had an end unit), and the wellness area was very nice (one of the cold tubs was down for service, so we enjoyed the other one).I gave 4 stars because there was a weird smell in our kitchen. After a search of the fridge and cupboards, we discovered 2 full garbage bags under the sink in the cabinet next to the trash can. There was also a bad smell at the bottom of the stairs - which could have been from the very full outside trash can."
