The only complaint I have is. why the hotel charge me $130 pesos to park my car in the parking lot. under the hotel and the mall. The hotel most most to have a deal with the mall to us park our cars there. We are mall customer too

Muy bien el desayuno que ofrecen, personal atento en todo momento, el clima enfría bien pero hace mucho ruido, el agua de la alberca tiene mucha suciedad y polvillo visible (falta de filtrado) noto que le hace falta filtrado y aplicación de cloro adecuado.

Pasé un fin de semana. La alberca es muy amena, muy limpia. El lugar es tranquilo y el personal muy amable y eficaz en todo momento. El desayuno Bufete estuvo de lujo, muy completo tanto si solo quieres desayunar o quieres almorzar algo más pesado, es muy variado. Sin duda volvería a este hotel.
