Esta propiedad exige demasiadas cosas y lo que ofrecen es pésimo me detuvieron mi licencia todo el tiempo de mi estadía, el cuarto tenía muchas goteras, el agua fría no funcionaba, el buffet estaba muy malo solo te podías servir 3 cosas y ya no más no tenían leche ni crema para el café mi experiencia fue muy mala y pagué mucho

Yo le doy 10/10 en lo que el hotel ofrece ya que la evaluación es de acuerdo a lo que el hotel ofrece en cuanto comodidad y seguridad Yo siempre me hospedo mínimo una semana por eso puedo dar mi reseñaa en cuanto esté ofrece. Primero que nada antes de hacer una critica debemos tener en cuenta cuánto cobra por noche ubicación y sobre todo seguridad En cuestión precio es muy bueno ya que por 1300 la noche tuve una jrsuite con cocinera y refrigerador NO ES MONOAMBIENTE eso es bueno ya que está separada la habitación y el área social por si tienes visita la limpieza es buena antes si fallaba el internet pero ya arreglaron eso así que ya puedes ver tus plataformas con toda tranquilidad los guardias en la entrada son amables y están al pendiente eso siempre es de agradecer te dan total privacidad para sentirte a gusto e estado en otros hoteles 5 estrellas y no te sientes a gusto pero en este si por eso para su precio ubicación etc le doy 10/10

Me gusta mucho este hotel porque sus habitaciones son amplias la jr suite está recomendable ya que tiene microondas y refinador es tipo loft es bastante cómodo y su precio es bueno buena atención del personal de recepción y de su seguridad

La limpieza puede mejorar mucho, los colchones viejos, no hay internet y tardaron 4 días para facturar porque estuvimos insistiendo, habían tenido problemas para emitir la factura y cuando preguntamos nos dijeron que ya la habían enviado, hasta la tercera vez que preguntamos aceptaron que no la tenían.

Si hay prostitutas afuera del hotel durante la noche, no debería hacerse llamar hotel, sino Motel. Habitaciones en malas condiciones, sanitario sucio, personal cero útil, internet que no funciona.

Es una propiedad, muy vieja, sin embargo, los muebles son todavía más viejos y sucios, cayéndose por sus malas condiciones, con mucha humedad y con olores muy desagradables, pero lo peor, fue las sabanas de las camas con cabellos sobre las mismas. ¡No lo recomiendo, para nada, a pesar de que su gerente trato de reivindicarse en la medida de sus posibilidades, su anuncio a través de la aplicación expedia, fue engañoso ya, que decía que su alberca era climatizada y techada, el segundo fue cierto pero en todo lo demás no! Por lo que lo califico no recomendable, además de que se me quiso reembolsar mi dinero, argumentando que como fue pago con tarjeta de crédito no lo podían realizar, pero me ofrecieron que si gustaba me regalaría una noche gratis, en compensación de los inconvenientes. La verdad no regresaría ni por una noche gratis...
