"The only problems we experienced was the front door key did not work we had to use the back door accessible by a gate.Also the shower was unusable for myself being elderly.The shower tray was very slippy with no grab rails and we could not adjust the water,it was mainly cold."

"The staff might just be the friendliest in Great Britain. It made the stay a delight and we used the great conservatory space to watch a Christmas movie with our little one. Great food and great beer/wine. You need a car to access all the local things (Runswick Bay/Whitby/Scarborough/Moors) but we will come back each year as we love it. "
