For an overnight accommodation the proximity to restaurants was excellent. The hotel was clean, rooms were of good size and the front desk staff were excellent. Amenities were minimal but the location made up for it. Some noise from the hall and upstairs room was noticeable around 6am.

Nicely renovated main hotel and rooms. Some renovation ongoing but in pub area which was closed. Very clean and spacious. Breakfast was very satisfactory with chores of cereal to eggs. Great coffee!

Very clean and well maintained. The staff are very accommodating, friendly and helpful. Location is very convenient. The only issue is breakfast. They only have a very limited options to choose from.

The Grizz hotel is a older hotel 1962 but has had pretty good upgrades. It doesn't look like much from the outside and if I was driving by I would probably pass on it, but the inside is nice and clean and well furnished. The price was good and it is right by the nice downtown with all the restaurant's and shops. I would stay again just for the location.

Overall, the room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained. The only minor issue was a slight, unusual smell when we first opened the door. It wasn’t strong or unpleasant, but it was noticeable. Perhaps the ventilation in the room could be improved. Other than that, we had a good stay.
