Located within walking distance to all downtown locations. Minutes from hiking and biking trails, spas, hot springs and shopping. All businesses have been approved by the CDPH and have appropriate distancing measures in place. Want to avoid the crowds? Takeout and curbside pickup is available at most shopping and dining locations. Come visit Salida and safely feed your soul with much needed time out of your home and into ours.
This condo features an open concept first level with a half bathroom, free WiFi, large flat screen, smart TV (with cable so you can enjoy the big game!), Blu ray player and a sleeper sofa couch. If cooking is your passion you'll enjoy using our fully stocked kitchen with all of your essential cooking tools provided and complete with a dishwasher as well as a grill for your outdoor BBQ needs. Our kitchen includes complimentary coffee, teas, and much more for your convenience.
Upstairs you'll find a new washer and dryer and the supplies needed to use them. Two master bedroom suites, one with a king bed and the other with one queen bed, both with fresh linens and bathrooms with complimentary toiletries (one walk-in shower, one bathtub).
If you have a larger party consider renting the adjoining condo Unit C (VRBO # 1766051) which also sleeps 6 and provides the same amenities but features two twin beds in place of the queen bed.
As you drift off to sleep thinking about your epic day spent in Salida, Colorado rest assured you will sleep well as each room of the house has an independent thermostat control with heat and air conditioning. This is a completely hypoallergenic home and each mattress and pillow in the condo is encased for your protection. Our condo is immaculately cleaned and disinfected using CDC guidelines to prevent the spread of COVID-19. This luxury condo allows you to leave all your worries behind and spend all of your energy playing in one of the top destinations in the United States!

Perfect location in town!

We stayed (two couples) quite comfortably for a long weekend. The location is perfect for walking to town for shopping, dinner, groceries, and coffee. The property is clean, the beds were comfortable, and check in was easy. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Beautiful centrally located condo!

Beautiful new/updated condo in the center of town. Very clean, nice furnishings and stocked. Perfect location for all the town’s activities, everything was in walking distance. Great hosts as well. Thank you for a fabulous stay, we’ll be back!

Perfection!

The hosts left a welcome basket for us with the most delicious homemade bread and other snacks, it was such a sweet gesture. Everything is in walking distance. It’s the perfect place to stay.

Perfect Spot in Salida

We really enjoyed our stay for a long weekend in Salida. The property was modern, clean and well equipped. The location was ideal for walking throughout the downtown area and down to the Arkansas River. The hosts were responsive and left a nice snack basket in the kitchen. I would definitely recommend this property for a nice stay in Salida!

Beautiful new condo in downtown Salida, cozy and comfy. Well appointed. Great summer or winter location. Easy parking - clearly marked and de-iced (just avoid the neighbors' ice patch!. Lots of activities, stores, and eateries within walking distance.

Salida is a great Colorado home base for day trips to Crested Butte, Breck, Pikes etc.

This property is only one block from the first downtown restaurant and two blocks from the heart of downtown. The property is clean and well stocked with spices, utensils, soap, detergent, and other little things you don't want to have to think about on a fly-in vacation. My only addition would be a cheap cooler for day trips. Would surely stay here again.

Wow (and in a good way)

The best ever. The owners have done a super job. Well maINtained, we’ll equipped, and client friendly. We come to the salida/ Buena Vista areas often; this was clearly on of the highlights of many years in the valley. This was perfect for me and my 2 13 year old grandsons for a ski trip. Great location. We walked downtown to eat, shop, and just hang out. I have saved this as a favorite cause we will be back. They thought of everything, thanks for a wonderful property!

Loved this property

This townhome was perfect for our family of four, which includes our two twenty-something daughters. We loved the location that was walkable to all the fun shops and restaurants in the downtown core. The building is practically new, so is in perfect condition and is spotless. The communication with the owner was very smooth - everything went perfectly. We were pleasantly surprised by a nice welcome basket upon our arrival. We were also very pleased to see a number of "basics" (a few spices, oil, coffee, creamers, etc), that further enhanced our experience. Solidly recommend this unit!

Great place in downtown Salida

We stayed two nights in this condo and had a great time. Check in was really easy and the hosts left a nice basket of delicious goodies for us. The condo has everything you need including coffee, etc. Lots of plugs for charging and large bedrooms. It is located in an alleyway a few steps from the shops and galleries downtown and is very quiet. There is air conditioning (that was needed) and a small back patio with a grill. Very simple instructions for everything needed for a pleasant stay. There wasn't anything we required that wasn't provided. We really enjoyed our time there and will be back. Thank you to our hosts.
