"Brilliant location for the Trafford Centre and right by the Trafford Palazzo Tram stop to get into the city centre (red line takes you straight to Victoria). We used it as a base to get to the AO Arena, handy McDonald's opposite the hotel open til midnight! Breakfast is included but when I said we'd had to check out really early they said they'd made us up a grab and go bag each - I asked if they could do a vegan one and they made me up a veggie sausage bap at 4am, top customer service!! Room was nice and had everything you'd expect, there was a gym on site which I didn't have time to try but was a nice addition! Recommend!"

"The bathroom was disgusting, shower drain was thick with hair! There was mould everywhere, hair on the bedsheets. However, the staff were very polite when we arrived & leaving. It’s in need of a deep clean!"

"The apartment was nice enough and very clean. Basic, but nice. The building is very old and is advertised as being strong on security. However, the main door was open for anyone to walk in throughout our three-night stay. The only thing stopping anyone walking into the building and to our room was the lock on our bedroom door. We reported this issue through our intermediary booking agent Hotels.com. The bed was too soft for us unfortunately, although we accept this is personal choice. The lack of bedside cabinets was disappoionting - nowhere to put anything at the side of the bed. TV remote was not working initially, but with a moving around of the batteries, it then worked OK. We were happy with the comms before we left as we asked for an additional night by email and were given all the information needed to book the extra night, including the information to access the building and our room."

"It was in a run down area I never even in dressed as the light duvet cover on bed was full of cigarette burn holes no mineral water/Ni Towels/No Soap basically nothing there back entrance door in a car park at the back basically look like a diss house no reception area absolutely disgusting I wouldn’t rate it even a 1 Star when I arrived the guy gave me 1 roll of toilet paper and I’m not joking that was it I shocked Hotel.Com are selling room for them no facilities and I mean none it should be shut down I’m surprised they are allowed to operate they should be reported to Local council "
