Apartment was in excellent location and great to have use of the swimming pool.

Apartment was in excellent location and great to have use of the swimming pool. Very good equipment in the apartment - all obviously very new. Could have done with more instruction booklets - had to google how to use the quooker tap 😂Arrived on Saturday - Sunday morning no hot water available for showers. Rung emergency number and was told owner would be with us in minutes! Never materialised- and we went out and when came back no one had been - water just lukewarm After googling the make - we managed to sort - seems as if hot water was totally switched off! Yes easily resolved - but we shouldn’t have needed to do this. Had two phone calls on Monday morning and both people seem relieved it was resolved. No point having an emergency number if no one is going to come out.Also roller blind in second bedroom was on floor - I assume waiting to be put up. As well as picture in main bedroom. Good job we did not need the other bedroom.All in all we had a good holiday but if you are going to charge premium prices then I expect premium accommodation and customer service.
