"Excellent location... Step right out onto the Plaza de España.. Literally 10 mins walk from the Palace and right outside a metro stop. Staff were excellent exceptionally helpful and gave great restaurant and travel recommendations... The breakfast buffet had all you would want and was of high quality ingredients with the option for chef cooked dishes such as eggs benedict. Rooms are fresh and bathrooms to a really high standard"

It's a good base for getting around Madrid but it's a corporate hotel, so you won't get a lot of local feel. Although we generally like to stay in a neighborhood, we enjoyed our stay at Aloft Gran Via."
