It was a unique place to stay. Beds were firm. Very firm. I have never complained about a bed being too firm until now but it’s still was better than a mushy one. Room was very uniquely shaped, ceilings had to be 18 ft high! Self check in was good. Breakfast not worth the 10€. Rooms were very cold but there were space heaters in bedrooms and bathroom. Daughter found leftover belongings from a previous guest. Overall not a bad stay for the money.

Pros: new, clean, quiet, spacious rooms, reasonably priced Nice breakfast Cons: no reception in evening. No security except your room key, they did answer the phone when we had questions. Has a feel of a converted office building. Was fine for a one night stay traveling, but would not book for ambience.

An exceptionally spacious and stylish room was one of the best features of this hotel. It is also equipped with a relaxing room for kids. Very modern and clean facilities were also satisfactory. The quiet small town around the hotel is enjoyable.

Great Family Stay
It is based in a beautiful castle, in a lovely village. The hotel is very clean, with good-sized rooms and very beautiful gardens surrounding it. The kids playroom is great however the breakfast average and breakfast room is very small.

Excellent hotel relaxed, quirky and thoughtful- not a huge amount available in the neighbourhood on a Sunday for our stay- did drive into Parma- but be careful as google maps does favour a very narrow road- we were able to avoid on return journey

Great hotel sadly staff weren't there!
Clean and beautiful rooms. Found in a castle courtyard the setting is stunning. Beautifully designed rooms with amazing features, coffee machine and bathroom all very good. Sadly our welcome was non existent and this really affected our stay. We arrived on a Sunday, when a huge market and festival was going on outside the hotel. We had received an email stating the time reception would be open. We planned our day around this and arrived when the reception was due to be open between 3-9pm. Sadly no one was there... Our keys were on the desk to collect, but no idea about where we could park our go for food that evening. It simply felt odd arriving and going to your room without speaking to anyone. We did find free parking but it was 300 metres away, not great with luggage. The booking said a free welcome drink... We didn't get that, but all we needed was a human being to welcome is and give us some guidance with parking and our two night stay a basic of customer service. Staff at breakfast were ok. The first day she was very grumpy and unfriendly. The second morning the lady was more friendly but no offer of a second coffee or if we needed anything else. We don't speak much Italian... But a smile guys a long way in any language. Cleaning was perfect... The rooms are lovely and we cannot fault that. We got room 203 which is directly above the breakfast room. Quiet for most of the day, however breakfast starts at 7am and it's noisy so don't expect to sleep in!

Fantastic!
Loved everything about our stay. We only wished we could have stayed longer. Being a family of 6, we usually struggle to find something decent and affordable. But this was great value for money and extremely spacious. We loved it and considering coming back.

Nice hotel but a bit off the beaten path
The hotel was very clean and modern. My children loved the games in the common area. The breakfast room was quite small but the the breakfast was pretty decent. We were hoping for Parma but the hotel is a bit of a trek from there. Did not venture out into the local town so not very sure what it has to offer. If you ever have to stay in this particular area it is a very nice hotel. The staff was also very nice and welcoming.

We checked in past midnight. Key was waiting for us by the door. The room was just so clean, modern and comfortable. Which i could stay here longer than over night. The surrounding area is just peaceful.

Great value, great rooms, staff ok.
Great large rooms, modern, easy to access, close to restaurants. Really clean! Breakfast is ok, evening staff was outstanding, morning staff tried to charge me 30c for each printed page after I had called and agreed on 10cents. As a business traveler, I was a bit upset with their lack of flexibility and help (it was a work emergency).Other than that extremely recommended!

Suíte espaçosa, com quartos separados para as crianças, muito confortável e moderno. Banheiro enorme. Máquina de café com cápsula, internet ótima, atendimento muito acolhedor, destaque para Ana (recepção). Café da manhã com produtos de qualidade.

Flotte rom på et fint sted
Flotte hotellrom i et gammelt slott eller lignende. Dessverre var det ubetjent når vi kom på ettermiddagen, så det var litt tilfeldig at vi så en lapp der en konvolutt med romnøkkelen vår hang. Dette var ikke bra i forhold til at vi hadde fått melding fra hotels.com 30min tidligere om at det var åpen resepsjon frem til midnatt. Men utover det er det lite å utsette på hotellet, som var lite, men med store, flotte rom, beliggende på et vakkert sted.

Clean and quiet
The place was very clean and quiet. The bed was perfect, not too firm or too soft. We were visiting Parma and the location was just s bit too far, but that is on us for not checking.

Wirklich schöne Anlage und tolle Zimmer, sehr sauber und komfortabel. Die Damen beim Frühstück war sehr hilfsbereit und serviceorientiert, wirklich toll und empfehlenswert. Auch für mehrere Nächte geeignet. Wir werden dort wieder übernachten!
