Beware of the hill leading up to the entrance from Shinagawa station - it's not like SF hill, but, if you have luggage, understand that there is a walk, which your map app will show you and that much of that is an incline. (I saw quite a few other tourists trudging up the hill huffing and puffing wondering where the entrance was. The hotel has a beautiful buffet breakfast (and 2 other restaurant choices) so opt into the Breakfast included option. The property is clean, the lobby is spacious and gorgeous, there is a very convenient 7/11 in B1, but the rooms are dated. I'd stay there again if the price was right, but I'm knocking a star for the rooms feeling dated and the hill. Hopefully, if you are aware of it, it won't be a problem.

"I stayed at the hotel for one night and arrived late in the evening. The shuttle bus service to and from the airport was very convenient. The staff at the front desk and in the lobby were well-organized and helpful. I dined at the sushi restaurant, and despite a bit of confusion with the hostess ..."
