"Love the free shuttle bus, even though you can walk easily to T3 and T2 its nice to have the bus. Great konbini in the lobby but for earlybirds its a shame it doesnt open intil 8 or 9 so had to walk to airport for breakfast. Room was huge, yukata was comfy, huge selection of channels on tv i was only there one night but was perfect if you dont fancy the long trip into Ueno or Shinjuku snd just want a shower and a lie down and head off early the next day. Room was really big and hotel was busy which was great to see. No complaints and check in and out was so fast and simple. "

"This was our second stay at this hotel. Overall, we are happy with the hotel, location, and close proximity to the train station. We enjoy the view of watching the trains at nights instead of looking over Skytree which was another room option."

"It was tight for our family of 5, but comfortable enough for our 2 days at Disney. The breakfast buffet was amazing and by far our favorite breakfast from our whole 2 weeks in Japan. The shuttles to and from Disney were great. Many time options for getting to Disney, but not many options for the return. They have essentials to buy in the lobby if needed and a Family Mart 5 min walk away. The local bus stop to get to the train station was also very close and easy to use. Overall a nice place to stay. "

"We loved our stay at Hilton Tokyo Bay and would not hesitate to stay here again. The transportation is super convenient to the parks and to the shopping center. You have the choice of walking five minutes to the monorail, or you can take a bus to the monorail. Once there, you are one stop from Disney Sea, two stops from Ikispiara, and three from Disneyland. I loved the convenience of having a Lawson's on site (in fact there are two in the evening when they get busy). My daughter loved that there is a pool and it was a unique pool with lots of green spaces. I think they even had pool toys available to either borrow or rent. We didn't have breakfast included but we decided to do that on our last morning. I am not sure we would do it again but there were lots of options. Most of it was Japanese food but they had a bread station and an omelette station (which was great). I would recommend signing up for a free Hilton Honors membership before arriving. If you have that membership, you have free Wifi, outdoor pool access, and other benefits like a discount on food. Also, there IS a coin laundry on the B1 floor. I had read that there wasn't self-service laundry and so I scrambled to get our laundry finished at the hotel prior to our Hilton stay. However, be assured, there is laundry facilities. I believe they are coin operated but I didn't use them. The room was nice and we thought these beds were the most comfortable of all our four hotels while we were in Japan."
