Excellent room conditions and views. No Wi-Fi in the room, but we managed for only one night. If that is important to you, verify immediately upon check-in. Beautiful village. Minimal breakfast offerings, but sufficient.

A beautiful chateau in quiet and attractive countryside. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was large, tastefully furnished and comfortable. Our dog was treated as an honoured guest!! The cuisine, both at dinner and breakfast was outstanding. Highly recommend.

We had a great one night stay at the Chateau with our dog! Really nice building and grounds and they prepared a nice ham and cheese platter for our arrival as the restaurant was closed by the time we arrived (10:30pm). Would recommend staying here!

Nice but needs improvements
The hotel is beautiful and the surroundings are amazing. The terrace is lovely and have a beautiful view to the fields.The service was outstanding. However for a 4 stars hotel and price level I would expect more caring for some details. The overall maintenance of the building doesn't look in good shape: The paint of the walls was peeling off, the decoration is outdated, the pool area has no charm. The breakfast is extremely expensive for what's offered. Overall it was a nice experience but I woukd have expected more of a 4 stars hotel.

We stayed hear for one night on our way down to the south of Spain. The Château is beautifully restored and elegant. Our room was in the tower and was perfect, spacious and quiet as we had our Dog with us. There weren’t any restaurants in walking distance and the nearest place would be Châteauneuf. We decided to eat in the hotel and we had the 65€ set menu which was excellent the cheese board and wine list were extensive I would highly recommend eating there. Breakfast the following morning was exceptional and the views of the surrounding countryside were very scenic, we even got to see some deer whilst eating our breakfast. The staff were very accommodating and friendly We don’t have any negatives about the stay a five stars property.

The Chateau Saints-Sabine was a true gem! The historic property was beautiful and in perfect condition—clean and stylishly-decorated. Our room in the Tower was luxurious and roomy with a comfortable 4-poster bed, a modern bathroom with a tub and a shower. I wish there was a beyond excellent rating for the staff. From the moment we arrived at the chateau late in the evening we were given 5-star service but with a more personal touch. Since we arrived too late for dinner, we decided to have a drink in the elegant bar and when I asked if they had any snacks, which they did not, the woman from reception offered to make us some cheese plates. They were amazing! The best part of all is that she didn’t ask us to sign the drinks and cheese to our room; she knew who we were and our room number and added it to our tab. When I needed a restaurant recommendation the next, she found us a great spot nearby and when I was in need of a doctor due to a small injury, another staff member found someone in a nearby town and made an appointment right away! Parking is free and easy, which is a plus. The grounds are beautiful, though we didn’t explore much or see the pool because it was cool and rainy during our stay. The only things I would hve wanted to add to our experience was a coffee maker and coffee in the room and perhaps a room service menu.

The Chateau is a bit remote, but the service level and the quality of the food none less than exceptional. Also the nearby beautiful and original village of Châteauneuf is worth a visit.

The property was beautiful! Each room was unique. Having a pool was a definite plus. The staff was amazing! Our only recommendation would be to be able to make coffee in our room in the morning.

Our overnight stop at Sainte Sabine
We selected this Château purely as a stop on our journey from the Alps back to UK. But, we were amazed at this Château in its original condition with all modern amenities, excellent Resturant and service. We will plan to visit again.

This is an elegant little chateau with an excellent chef. The location is perfect for a stop (just a few miles off the A6) between Paris/Charles de Gaulle airport and Provence. The staff is welcoming and the cuisine is a plus. The region is charming and there are interesting places to visit nearby (Chateauneuf, on its hill; Dijon; Beaune).

A wonderful experience in France.
It was a fantastic facility. The staff were very friendly and helpful in suggestions on things to explore locally. We would certainly stay there again, and recommend them highly to anyone thinking of staying there.

Absolutely fantastic stay! The Chateau is stunning and so well maintained. Our room was comfortable and the bathroom equally nice. The entire staff are so friendly and warm. They definitely add to the charm and ambience of the beautiful Chateau. We would also recommend dinner and breakfast. Both eating experiences were enjoyable and very elegant. We definitely will return to this Hotel and recommend it to others as well. Merci beaucoup Château Sainte Sabine!
