"Room was very clean."

"I got exactly what I expected. The stuff were nice as well. Overall, it was a good experience staying here."

"Nice location for everything in beautiful Lyon. Fridge and versatile microwave very convenient for breakfast and heating some dinners."

"The hotel is "fine" overall. Clean and well-maintained, although rooms and public spaces are a bit dated and sparse."

"For any traveler, this is a must stay! The customer support is excellent, both online and in person. The room was incredible, and the bed was very comfortable!"

"Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The location was great- near the train station and huge shopping area. The room was spacious and appeared to be updated recently-nicely decorated. The kitchenette was fully stocked with cookware, new refrigerator and dishwasher. I would definitely choose this Aparthotel again."

"It was a good room, good facilities clean"

"Check in gentleman was lovely and very helpful. Property was clean but they wanted 10 euro if you wanted fresh towels daily. Ridiculous"

"Chambre impeccable"

"Room was very small and had no air conditioning in 36 degree heat. Bed was OK as we were only there one night. Is pretty much a hotel side to student accommodation without hotel amenities."

"Washer and kitchen was helpful. Good location for transportation. Clean."
