"This is NOT a hotel! The front desk explained that it is a condo rental. That means you do not get any cleaning, even with a8 night stay. And you get 1 bath towel, nothing else. No replacement towels, and no hand towel or washcloths. And you get 1 roll of toilet paper, then you have to buy it yourself. Having said that, the front desk staff was very helpful, when they were present. And it is only 1 block to the beach. If you have a larger rental car, beware of the enclosed parking spaces...

"We enjoyed our stay overall. The place was clean and quiet at night, the swimming pools were good. The accom was clean and facilities provided were good (incl cleaning kit). Good car parking available and a pleasant stroll to the Port through the golf course and lake. However, there are several important areas requiring improvement: - Air conditioning does not exist. "Great location for Vendee Globe activities. Parked the car when I got there and did not use it again until I left. Room was good, what I thought I would get. Only minor issues were that there didn’t seem to be much ventilation other than the window, so a shower made it extremely humid in the room, and it was hard to shower without putting a lot of water on the bathroom floor."

Adequate hotel for 1 night

"Hotel is clean and bed is comfortble, if decor is slightly shabby. It is fine for an overnight stay when on a journey. Handy for Les Sables d'Olonne which is a nice port with good restaurants. We arrived late so the restaurant was closed but the hotel has a late check in which is useful."

Cheap and cheerful overnighter

"The hotel was convenient for the route we were on. The receptionist was friendly. The room was clean and tidy but minimalist. The room was small with bed against the wall so accessible from one side only. The bed itself was comfortable. Being convenient for the route it was also noisy all night if you are a light sleeper ear plugs would help. But it was cheap! "
