Points négatifs :- l'appartement meriterait 1 bon coup de pinceau - il n'etait pas tres propre(sous le lit, la vaisselle...)- certains objets étaient rouillés (radiateur de la chambre, barre de douche, table de salon)- la connexion wifi laisse a désirer - passage entre le pied du lit et le mur tres étroit Points positifs:- hôte tres disponible et accueillant- possibilité de faire de longues balades le long de l'ocean sur des sentiers de randonnees amenages

Nous venions juste pour une nuit, l'hôte a été très arrangeant pour la remise des clefs que ce soit à l'arrivée ou au départ. C'est sûr que nous reviendrons. En plus l'emplacement est tres pratique, pas besoin de voiture pour aller à la plage

La Pironnière - Appartement RDC proche littoral

Séjour de 3 jours - . Commerces à proximité. Manque de propreté dans le logement. Cuisine, la prise de courant est mal positionnée puisqu'il faut utiliser une rallonge pour brancher la cafetière ou le grille pains. Prévoir des couverts en plus (cuillères et tire bouchons rouillé plus récent) Présence de graisse dans le placard cuisine, vaisselle à laver avant utilisation. Pas de sac poubelle. Moisissures salle de bains et chambre. Présence de toiles d'araignée dans chambre. Qd il faut faire le tour du lit pour se coucher, moins d'un mètre d'espace entre le lit et le mur et aussi entre le lit et l'armoire. Les oreillers ne sont pas confortables. Investir dans les oreillers. Ce studio n'est pas conçu pour des personnes à forte corpulence. Dans la salle de bains, la prise de courant est située en bas devant le tiroir du lavabo donc difficile de brancher une brosse à dent et de la stabiliser. Nous n'avons pas utilisé le BZ car le client précédent ne l'a pas bien repositionné dans son axe de conformité. le matelas touchait à terre et le dossier était en oblique au lieu d'être droit. Le séchoir à linge est rouillé. La terrasse n'était pas balayée, table et chaises blanches non nettoyées. WC pas de papier toilette en réserve. manque de notice d'organisation. Pas de code d'accès au studio non fermé, clés déposées sur la table. Pas d'état des lieux entrant et sortant en accord avec propriétaire. Vérifier état studio par Fée du logis

Séjour château d'olonne

Très bon accueil. Le logement est un peu vétuste et manque de rangement. Un petit rafraîchissement s'imposerait. Il est cependant parfaitement situé et offre une multitude de possibilités de départs de balade. Le petit bémol également est la wifi. Notre séjour de 2 nuits fut très agréable. M. Viscard a toujours répondu à nos demandes. C'est un hôte parfait et merci à sa fille.
