Nettes Haus in einer ruhigen Lage. Rührender Vermieter.
Pros: Das eigene Grundstück. Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder im Schuppen. Ausreichend Platz für 2 Personen. Das ruhige Wohngebiet. Die Nähe zum Strand. Parkplatz für das Auto direkt vor der Tür, kurze Wege. Frühstück und Abendessen unter freiem Himmel mit abendlichen Besuch durch die Kröten.
