"Lovely stay and Laurent made it very easy. The upstairs has only 1 bathroom for 4 bedrooms and there is a second one downstairs. Great location, the living room furniture needs replacing. Two good bedrooms and two fine for children. The kitchen is well equipped except for cutting knives, there is only a good bread knife. We would take it again, lovely garden and sunroom in charming le Trayas."

Communications are excellent with the property managers and owner Nick if needed. We just needed to contact about working the TV and Nick solved very quickly with a phone call. "We had a wonderful time in this amazing property situated high above the Beach of Antheor / Agay. It is a newly renovated home of a french family with sweeping views of the ocean through very large windows, not just a vacation rental furnished with IKEA. The home is very well equipped with great beds with adjustable mattresses, a fully equipped kitchen, great interior decoration and with a HEATED outside pool, which is pretty unique in this area. "A lovely villa. Clean, comfortable and friendly check in. Very well equipped kitchen. The view is breathtaking. Take a laptop if you want to watch something that needs downloading. Very dog friendly with fenced garden. Everything is provided, extra blankets, ping pong, bicycles, dads, loo rolls, washing up liquid, really all you could want. We had two 20 year olds with us and they really enjoyed the boat daytrip we organised and the local market. Recommended."
