"After a long drive I was ready for a rest and cup of tea. The room was good and tea and coffee ready to prepare. The evening meal was superb, Saint Jacques cooked to perfection. Not always easy when preparing for many people. Well done, Chef! An enjoyable walk into the village, lovely church, and children all ready for a Halloween party in the sports centre facility. A pleasure to stay in your lovely hotel. Finally, good close parking and lots of it, the grounds, footpaths and gardens are kept...

"We had a wonderful stay here when we were visiting Guedelon Castle (it’s only half an hour away). A very welcoming host, and a beautiful building and location. Some lovely restaurants in the town just a short walk away. Would definitely stay again."

"We didn’t stay at Le Cheval Blanc as it was closed for holidays, Hotels.com advised of a nearby chambres d’hôtes and we stayed there ‘Au clos de Charny’ which was lovely, our only problem was our room was up two flights of steep stairs. The room was spacious and clean with a large comfortable bed, a very nice shower room with a good shower. The breakfast was superb, a great choice of cheeses and charcuterie, breads, homemade jams, fresh fruit salad and yoghurt. The host is a lovely lady too."

"Ecolodge Beauregard wasn't what I was expecting. Don't take that as a negative it was a lovely location in the french countryside. The staff went above and beyond to help me get to the location, and make me feel at home. I would absolutely reccomend taking a car to get there, taxis are very expensive and Uber doesn't operate in this part of France. I stayed there ro visit castle Guedelon, an archeology project nearby i.e. figure out how to build a medieval castle by building one how it would...

"Séjour très agréable dans un lieu très propre calme au cœur du magnifique village de Saint Fargeau et offrant ce qui devient rare un accueil bienveillant une écoute ainsi qu’un service à la demande J’ai séjourné une nuit avec deux de mes petits-enfants la veille d’une visite prévue au Château de Guédelon c’était tout à fait ce qui convient et les enfants ont beaucoup apprécié Personnellement j’y retournerai si l’occasion se présente "

"Séjour catastrophique avec hôtel en délabrement, pas de chauffage, radiateur électrique dans la chambre monté de manière non sécurisée ( fli par le sol…) plus de 20 minutes pour avoir eau chaude. Petit déjeuner dans pièce non chauffée. Aucune hygiène dans le hall ni dans la salle de petit déjeuner."
