Welcome to this beautiful 130m2 house, with a brick facade, ready to welcome you for a getaway to Normandy. Just 25 minutes from Rouen, it offers easy access to the Normandy coast in 1 hour and to Paris in 1 hour 20. Spacious and bright, this house is ideal for family vacations, reunions with friends, or a professional stay. We await you for unforgettable moments, combining authenticity, proximity and conviviality.

• Bedroom 2 (Dark Blue): 1 double bed (140cm).
• Bedroom 3 (Light blue): 2 single beds (80cm).
• Bathroom with bathtub, shower and hairdryer.

(Ground floor) LIVING ROOMS:
• Living room with marble fireplace (not usable).
• Dining room that can accommodate 8 to 10 people.
• Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and table.
• WC with sink.
• Laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack.
THE EXTERIORS:
• Garden of 150 m².
• Parking inside the property (up to 4 vehicles) (possibility of bringing in a truck or camper van)

Location saint Pierre les elbeuf
Très belle maison, propre, spacieuse, conforme à l’annonce, joliment décorée, magasins de proximité 5 minutes à pied. Baptiste est facilement accessible. Maison facile à vivre pour toute la famille.
