Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises a 15 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchenette, two bedrooms (each with en-suite shower rooms), a 150 m² shared garden and a 100 m² terrace. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- 15 m² living room with sofa and dining area
- Kitchenette with electric kettle, oven, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200), bunk bed (sleeps two), en-suite bathroom (with shower) open to the bedroom
- Bedroom 2: king-size bed (180×200), en-suite shower room open to bedroom
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, cot.

Outside :
- A 100 m² south-facing terrace shared by the residence, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
- A 150 m² south-west-facing garden, not enclosed and shared with the owner, also with furniture.

The property is located on the heights of Saint-Pierre-de-Chartreuse (1,350 m), in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... are just ten minutes away.

If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the accommodation (50 m).

- This apartment is located in the same area as "Le Mignot", another apartment we manage. They can all be rented individually or in groups, subject to availability.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition, and clean appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
