A quelques pas du port de la Cotinière, maison à étage se composant au rez de chaussée d'un séjour/cuisine avec canapé, table basse, télévision, chaises, lave linge, bar et tabourets, 4 feux gaz, four, hotte, réfrigérateur/congélateur, micro-ondes, WC indépendant. A l'étage, une première chambre pour deux couchages 2x90, une deuxième chambre pour deux couchages (1x140), une salle d'eau avec sèche serviette et WC. A l'extérieur, une cour avant commune ouverte,à l'arrière un jardinet clos de 60m² avec terrasse en bois, barbecue, bains de soleil, parasol, salon de jardin.

Le Plus de cette location à la mer : A quelques mètres du port de la Cotinière et des plages de sable fin. Maison très fonctionnelle et moderne avec prestations de qualité.

Remise et retour des clefs exclusivement sur l’agence D’Oléron (quartier Saint Pierre).

Petite location sympa

Sympa très proche à pied de la Cotiniere, Literie très dur pour le lit 2 places 140 cm, plus confortable pour les lits 1 place dans l’autre chambre. État de l’évier de cuisine déplorable à notre arrivé. La banquette clic-clac est inconfortable on sent toutes les barres meme assise. La télévision fonctionne mal avec la parabole on est plus souvent en image fixe qu’anime. Dommage sinon pour le reste très bonne location avec tout se qu’il faut. Il manque un lave vaisselle. Voilà pour les améliorations à faire. Bien à vous

Vacances très agréables

Gîte agréable et calme en juin. La cotiniere n’ est pas une plage au top pour des marches au bord de l’eau. La gérance immobilière un peu légère, vous appelez avant le séjour et on vous dit de rappeler quand vous savez votre heure d’arrivée le jour J . On ne vous informe d’aucune procédure à l’avance pour l’adresse de retrait des clés… bref! manque de communication. Sinon quand vous avez enfin réussi à avoir vos infos, accueil courtois et en toute simplicité. L’île d’Oléron est un chouette lieu de vacances.

Séjour parfait !

La location est très agréable, lumineuse et très fonctionnelle. Très bien placée près des commerces des restaurants et de la plage. Point de départ idéal pour découvrir l'Île. Seuls points moins positifs, de meilleurs oreillers seraient les bien venus, ainsiquun lave-vaisselle. Mais vraiment ce ne sont que des détails
