La maison, entièrement rénovée très récemment, est très agréable et possède tout le confort souhaité pour une telle destination : de beaux volumes, la climatisation partout, très grande piscine, jardin et terrasse ombragée. Le propriétaire, Valentin G. est très sympathique, sérieux, fiable et disponible pour la moindre question. A noter car non visible sur les vues par satellite de la situation: la maison est entourée par deux autres propriétés, en travaux pour le moment, impliquant un vis à vis assez prononcé. Une future haie permettra d'y remédier. Pour cet été 2024, nous y avons passé 15 très belles journées. La ville de Saint Maximin est également des plus plaisantes, avec en plus la proximité d'Aix et de plusieurs villages et sites remarquables. Nous recommandons fortement cette maison et remercions encore Valentin pour tout!
