Located in Cuers, this vacation rental is close to all amenities: health center, bakery, and restaurants within walking distance, and just 1 km from the town center. The property is 20 km from the beaches of Hyères or Toulon, 1 hour from Marseille or Aix-en-Provence, 1 hour from the Verdon Gorges, and 45 minutes from Saint-Tropez.
This is a private, detached house with a large fenced garden of about 400 m², featuring palm trees, olive trees, and exotic plants. It offers 2 bedrooms (beds: 160x200 and 180x200), storage space, a private bathroom, and separate toilet. The living room has a sofa (can be used as a bed), a fully equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator, a large flat-screen TV with Wi-Fi, and a TV in the bedroom.
The private above-ground wooden pool is 1.3 m deep. A private jacuzzi for 4 guests is also available. The space is bright, sunny, and quiet.
Your host will welcome you and show you around the house in a peaceful setting surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation and palm trees.
Please respect the cleanliness and environment, carefully maintained to welcome you in an idyllic setting. The pool is out of service from November to April depending on the weather and is not heated.
