"The room was clean, and we loved the apartment style room. The hotel was quiet which was very appreciated. The room came with a Roku tv with several streaming apps available to sign into. We also appreciated the washer and dryer in the room. The only issues we had was the parking garage was somewhat difficult to find because the sign listing Placemakr is only on one side of the sign. The way we turned in, you couldn’t see it until you had passed it. I also wish that parking was included in hotel stay price. While we got the discounted rate for parking, it still was expensive to park for 4 days. There are also a lot of homeless people in the area, and it seemed a little sketchy walking around at night. Overall, the hotel was nice enough and we would stay again if we find ourselves in Phoenix. We were able to walk to many bars, restaurants, and to Chase field for a Diamondbacks game."

"We loved everything about this place EXCEPT: The whole place smells like cigarette smoke. And its ironic that theres a sticker on back of the key cards that states there will be a 250.00 fee for smoking. Im not a smoker, but how would they even know if its you ir someone else? I also saw the room care cards and they had cans of ZEP smoking deodorizer. Breakfast was great with plenty to eat."

"From the first greeting the staff was incredible. They made us feel very welcome The bar and restaurant are terrific with a wonderful atmosphere The pool is as good as it gets along with the fitness area. Heather, the pool bartender was friendly, welcoming, and fun. She genuinely was hospitable and helpful to everyone. This is the second time we have stayed at the Sheraton Downtown , and we will continue coming back. We absolutely will recommend the Sheraton to all our friends and family."
