the garden was not green at all because of the heat wave. The whole place was really filthy, there were cobwebs everywhere , an invasion of ants in the kitchen drawers and on the kitchen floor, and on the last evening we discovered a dead mouse in the fireplace. It was a pity because the house in itself is rather nice, roomy and has 3 bathrooms

Super séjour entre amis (5 couples + 1 solo) dans cette spacieuse et jolie maison. Chacun a pu y trouver son espace et son confort. Coup de cœur pour le jardin et sa vue. Maison située à proximité du centre de Saint-Martin-de-Ré, de la plage, et de toutes commodités (Intermarché, pharmacie, loueur de vélo,...). N'hésitez pas à venir y déposer vos valises pendant quelques jours !

Family Holiday

The property was large enough to comfortably accommodate our family group of 11. The garden was good for children playing and for the adults to relax. It was also in a nice location with lovely views, not too far from the beach and very close to shops. My only complaint was that having paid so much in rent for the fortnight, it was somewhat irritating to have to buy items like soap, dishwasher tablets, cleaning materials and more toilet rolls. I would have expected these sorts of things to be included.

Jours pluvieux et cocooning

Semaine très pluvieuse et instable mais la maison est assez grande et le salon confortable pour accueillir 12 personnes sans problème. Les rares éclaircies nous ont permis d'apprécier le jardin "à perte de vue ". Seul bemol: four et plaques sont vraiment lentes et peu performantes.

Maison spacieuse, agréable, claire avec un mobilier bien adapté et confortable. Idéale pour une grande famille réunissant 3 générations. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Petites suggestions : - mettre des porte-manteaux dans le patio et dans les couloirs car ceux présents dans les 2 parties de la maison ne suffisent pas pour les manteaux quand on est nombreux. - Mettre une planche de bois au bout du lit superposé supérieur pour le sécuriser.

Belle maison aux portes de Saint Martin mais équipements à ameliorer

Vaste maison et terrain. Bon agencement mais cuisine et équipement insuffisants. Encore des aménagements à finaliser ( des pointes de vis dépassent des lits dans les chambres d'enfants), 2 parasols sont bien insuffisants pour profiter des extérieurs aux beaux jours. La salle de jeux est en fait une vaste entrée avec frigo.

Maison agréable et bien située dans l île de ré à proximité de la plage et des commerces La maison nécessiterait quelques rafraîchissements : (équipements de cuisine, mitigeurs, parasols, réception télé) En période de fortes chaleurs, des zones d ombrage auraient été appréciées (arbre et/ou pergola et /ou grand parasol résistant au vent) La pièce principale et les chambres sont agréables et adaptées à notre groupe de 11 personnes.
