This is a fun and artsy hotel. The staff is very friendly and the accommodations are very good.

We booked an ‘arty’ room, really comfy bed and nice & quiet. Secure overnight parking, ideal stop off point from France to UK. A little out of town but if it’s just a rest stop you need then it’s ideal. Really nice bar area, super dog friendly & nice food served in the restaurant (opens at 7pm and food isn’t available before that, although the lady behind the bar kindly heated us up a pizza as we were ravenous!) The service in the restaurant was slow, an hour’s wait between starters & mains, not ideal and it wasn’t just us. All staff really nice though. We’d definitely stay again.

Singing toilet with in tuned frequency

The room was okay, but there was a noice coming from the toilet. When pushed quick gently on the flushing, the noise disappeared. The toilet door needed to be closed to be able to sleep.

My 1 night stay was uncomfortable because the aircon could not keep the room cool. I had a top floor end of corridor room with windows facing the sun. It's difficult to get past that. I wish I had raised it with the staff as they may have been able to move us? I had my daughter with me and we had a lot of stuff and we were breaking a long journey for the night and we were tired so the idea of moving rooms seemed too much. The staff were brilliant and the food was excellent. We chose it because it had a pool - it was disappointingly cold - but we still had a swim. I would not stay again.

Bien y regular a la vez

El lugar esta bien en general sin embargo puede mejorar el servicio, en el restaurante no estaba el personal muy amable, en recepción bien al principio sin embargo reclamé para tener una factura y a dia de hoy no la he recibido, las instalacion agradable sin emabrgo no funcionaba bien el aere acondicionado y justo este dia hacia mucho calor.

Zwischenstopp in Reims

Das Hotel hat leider unseres Erachtens kaum 4 Sterne verdient. Es fing mit der Rezeption an, wo zuerst eine verantwortliche Person gesucht werden musste. Dann der Zustand des Lavabos: ohne Kommentare. Der Gipfel war der Kellner, welcher mir doch 49 Euro für die Flasche Wein verrechnete statt deren 24 und sich dann fast noch aufregte, weil ich es merkte und nachfragte. War insgesamt leider ein etwas enttäuschender Aufenthalt für uns.

Chambre très bien agencée, belle déco et propreté irréprochable. Seul bémol sur l'isolation phonique, au rez de chaussé on entend aussi bien les portes des autres chambres qui se ferment que les bruits extérieurs (voiture, moto,...)

Zimmer sauber und geräumig. Ebenso Bad. Räumlichkeiten im Erdgeschoss stylisch und mit viel Kreativität gestaltet. Ungewöhnliche Rezeption - doch unkompliziert und schnell. Großes Plus ist der gesicherte Parkplatz. Mit dem Auto ist man in 10 Min ins Zentrum gefahren. Zum Laufen ist die Strecke wenig attraktiv. Restaurant - nettes Personal, Portionen recht übersichtlich in Relation zum Preis. Wasserspender im Erdgeschoss. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Hôtel bien rénové. Des chambres spacieuses et en bon état. Pour ce qui est du restaurant, un peu cher par aux plats proposés. Je retournerai avec plaisir à l’hôtel mais ne remangerai pas forcément au restaurant.
