AVOID AT ALL COSTS. We should have known something was off from the state of the building and car park. The cars all look abandoned and many have flat tyres. The hotel is like something from a horror film. Mostly unlit and feels abandoned and run down. As two females we immediately felt unsafe. This was expounded when the man on reception charged us more than the agreed price and we felt too intimidated to argue. We were shown to a room at the fair end of the hotel on a dingy corridor. The door looked like it had been jimmyed open with a crowbar at some point, the latch was loose and the door didn't lock from the inside. We asked to be moved rooms and were put in one nearer reception. We spoke to the receptionist and asked him to show us that the door couldn't be opened with the keycard when the door was locked from the inside. We put our bags on our beds and went to dinner. When we returned our bags had been moved and something had changed with the lock because you could open it from the outside with the keycard even if the door was locked from the inside so we didn't feel safe. We went to reception and said we didn't feel safe and didn't want to stay. The receptionist wouldn't refund us and phoned the manager who was abusive on the phone to us so we left. The following morning we returned to give the keycard back and get a refund. They refused because 'we'd booked online' even though we'd paid by card at the hotel. There is very wrong with this hotel. AVOID

Insécurité autour de l'hotel

Séjour pour y passer une nuit. A notre arrivée, on a été surpris de voir derrière l'hôtel 2 voitures vandalisées, l'une avec un pneu crevé et l'autre avec la fenetre conducteur explosée . On s'est dit : mais où on est ! A la réception les 2 personnes n'étaient au courant de rien ! et le parking devant avait aussi une vitre en pièces détachées.

Chambre assez froide. Il manque une couverture supplémentaire. Chauffage a mise en route difficile : Abandon du projet.... Alléché par une location de nuitée à 80 €, je me retrouve avec une facture à 130 € passés, car taxes supplémentaires non indiquées dans le prix d' appel, et 2) petit déjeuner à 30 € pour un bol de café au lait + une tranche de gâteau industriel style quatre quarts, grande comme trois doigts, cela fait cher......

En séjour pour déplacement. L’intérieur de l’Hitel est rénovée, moquette neuve , peinture …. Chambre très propre , salle d’eau avec douche à l’italienne très propre , chambre faite tous les jours. Accueil souriant , très sympa. Le petit bémol le petit déjeuner , pas top pour ceux qui aiment salé !

Riche en déconvenues

Accueil catastrophique, personne a l accueil. Plusieurs appels sans reponses. Apres 15-20min, le responsable (?) arrive en mettant en cause l employée ( qui est au 2eme etage la tete dans le tableau électrique ?!).. pour plus d efficacité, mettez au point un transfert d appel de la ligne fixe vers les portables... Les lits ont des roulettes donc à chaque fois qu on se retourne, ils bougent. Nous sommes 2, 1 seule serviettre dans la salle de bain. Pour le prix ca demanderait un peu plus de serieux

Cet hôtel n'a pas de téléviseur récent de ce fait il "bug" en fin de soirée, pas de wifi, la propreté laisse à désirer, ... la literie n'est pas de bonne qualité les salariés sont très sympathiques mais cela ne suffit pas au regard du tarif pratiqué tant sur l'hébergement que le petit déjeuner

j'ai loué pour deux nuits, ai réglé pour les deux nuits à mon arrivée. J'ai du repartir plus tot en rendant ma chambre le matin avant 12h le lendemain. L'hotel a refusé de me rembourser ne serait-ce qu'une partie de la seconde nuit que je n'ai pas passé à l'hotel Pas du tout commerçant....a fuir

j'avais confirmé mon heure d'arrivée, mais il faut s'enregistrer sur une bonne. ok mais ce n'était pas la bonne chambre ni la bonne durée ni même le bon prix. j'ai du attendre 2heure dehors. quand je suis revenu, à 17h comme convenu toujours personne. j'ai rappelé et la personne à réussi à faire le nécessaire et nous avons pu enfin rentrer dans la chambre. c'est bien une armoire penderie, mais aucun cintres. aucune prise non plus à coté des lits ou de la table, juste une dans l'entrée à coté de la porte, pas pratique et on ne peut brancher qu'un téléphone à la fois, quand on a des ordi ou des tablettes il faut quand même pouvoir les recharger. côté salle de bain il y a bien une prise mais qui ne fonctionne pas, la chasse d'eau est restée bloquée heureusement que c'était le matin car j'ai pu trouver une femme de ménage très agréable qui a réparer, problème de flotteur apparemment. Ma housse de couette était déchirée, je leur ai signalé, apparemment c'est courant. étonnant. et enfin vu le couvre feu à 18h, je me disais que j'allais trouver un distributeur de café, et bien oui mais il était en panne. Dommage. HEUREUSEMENT LE PERSONNEL EST TRES AGREABLE. Le restaurant est trop vétuste il a besoin d'être refait ainsi que le parking plein de trous.

Très mauvais rapport qualité prix.

Hôtel vétuste, extérieurs à l'abandon, intérieur à rénover, odeurs suspectes, accueil par un automate qui oblige le paiement direct, chambres à la propreté limite, pas de ménage fait entre les deux nuits passées, petit déjeuner à 12€ qui en vaut 8 grand maximum. Seuls points positifs le personnel est aimable, WiFi ok.
