"We resered a handicapped accessible room. I tried valling but the phone number was to the national reservation line. When we arrived there was no handicap accessible room and no first floor room available. We were turned away. I am working with Expedia for a refund."

"The bathroom needs exhaust fan to remove moisture from showers. Location of shampoos and such better toward back rather than right under shower head. "
"The hotel is clean, the reception staff are great both checking in and out. Breakfast serves in the morning is amazing comparing to other hotel among the same hotel level. There are restaurants near by in the walking distance. The snack bar selling at the front desk is reasonable price. Overall we enjoyed our stay here. "
"Stayed there for a softball tournament. Elevator had malfunction but front desk associate was quick to help and come up with solution. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. "
