Nice clean house in good neighborhood

I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a great place to stay near Kansas City. We came for a family trip and were very pleased with this house. It has everything you expect in a vacation home, and the host was very quick to respond to the couple of questions we had about the property. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay

Host was quick to respond with any questions we had. Gave excellent recommendations for restaurants. We would absolutely stay here again next time we come to town. The house was spacious enough for our large group. It had everything we needed and more. Location is close to highway which makes it quick and easy to get anywhere we needed to go.

Great Home

The house was great, the deck was a little dirty but we cleaned it up ourselves and had fun cooking on the black stone. My boys also enjoyed the video game table!

A Night In KC

A lot of us have never been to Kansas City before and we take a yearly trip of all of the guys and we go and have a good time to get away from the wives. I will say this is hands-down the best stay experience I have ever had I hope to come back very soon.

Great one night stay

We enjoyed the property! Made use of the fire pits, yes there’s two- one wood and one gas. The tvs in the bedroom we stayed in upstairs with king bed didn’t work (remote batteries may have been dead), but we were tired so fell out quick anyway. Beds are super soft and plush. Thanks Jeremy!

Nice place, communication could be better

The house is very clean and centrally located; not far from restaurants and entertainment. Just a heads up, there is a full basement that is roped off and not for visitors but it does not reflect that in the description. Is mostly an entertainment area but that is the only safe place in the house if a tornado warning were to occur. I asked the host about the basement and received no response in the 3 days we were there. There is a phone number they provide, but I felt like the question was not worth bothering them for. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and we would stay here again if we came up.

Great house needs maintenance

PROs: The house looks great, especially online. It is in a nice neighborhood and is generally clean. There is access to many cleaning supplies and things like toilet paper, kleenex, housewares items and towels. The beds are very comfortable. CONs: There are quirks that need to be taken care of. For instance the it looks like the sliding glass door was replaced, but it now will not lock. I contacted the property manager and he offered to come over and try to fix it, but by that time it was late and we were tired from traveling all day. We just prayed it was a nice neighborhood and the house wouldn't be broken into. In the morning we went to the hardware store and bought something to block it. When we got home the property manager had dropped off window locks that did not work on a sliding glass door. Secondly, all of the toilets in the house wobble. They need to be secured. We were constantly someone would disrupt the balance and cause a leak. Thirdly, one of the bathtubs had not been cleaned. My stepdaughter found a cleanser and put it in the tub, but found out that the water would not turn on. That is probably why it had not been cleaned. Also, the online pictures show a downstairs area with a couch and tv. I thought it would be a good place for people to go to separate, but it was blocked off. The upstairs bedrooms were hot even at night.

It was difficult for several family members because of the steps to get to bedroom. The fact that there was no railing on the entrance was a bit difficult also. We loved the open living room and outdoor deck

Big house with plenty of room for everybody! Great neighborhood with large driveway for parking. The kitchen is loaded with everything you need to stay for awhile. Bedrooms and bathrooms are large and well stocked. Bed linens and towels were of great quality. The owner communicated quickly. The backyard is big!

Our family converged on this property for a funeral and this was the perfect place for us to gather. The home had a large living room area where we could all be together. The kitchen is well stocked and allowed us to easily cook meals. The owner communicated well and we would book again.

Nice larger home to accommodate a family of 5-6. Pet friendly with a fenced yard. Home is older but updated and decorated nicely. Read listing description thoroughly for what's provided/included as far as amenities. No access to basement or garage.
