🏠 Located above another family home: (Will need to climb stairs)
The unit you'll be staying in is located on the upper floor of a family residence. Our downstairs neighbors are kind and respectful, and we ask that guests return the same courtesy- especially during quiet hours (11:00 PM - 7 AM)

🚆 Traffic Note:
You may hear passing trains during the day or evening, as our home is close to an active railway line. Many of our guests find the sound minimal or atmospheric, but earplugs are available in the unit for light sleepers.

We live in a friendly, family filled neighborhood, and one of our neighbors is a child with autism. You may occasionally hear joyful or expressive sounds as they play and communicate. Baby Boomers from New England.

We were only in St. John for one night. We took the ferry the next day. The reservation worked very well for us. Everything was very clean and convenient. Would be helpful to mention that it is on the second floor....only accessible by two very steep sets of outside stairs.
