Fijne ligging

Het appartement is charmant en heeft een heerlijk balkon. Rustig gelegen en dicht bij centrum en strand. Echt heerlijk! Niettemin toch wel wat aandachtspunten: het appartement is stoffig, de kledingkast ruikt muf en is vies (heb ik zelf wat schoon gemaakt), de deken op het bed in de slaapkamer rook zeer muf. Ook de handdoek die we kregen roken zeer muf. Op de vide waar wij niet rechtop konden staan liggen enkel twee matrassen die voor grotere kinderen niet comfortabel liggen.

Charmant appartement

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans ce charmant petit appartement, au calme tout en étant près du centre ville à pied. Chaque matin nous avons pu prendre le petit déjeuner tous les quatre sur le balcon avec une vue magnifique. C’était très agréable. Seul bémol pour le ménage qui devrait être plus approfondi entre chaque locataire.

Séjour parfait !

Un appartement très appréciable et joliment décoré pour 4 : les ados dans leur mezzanine et les parents dans la chambre ! Un balcon qui permets de manger dehors et de profiter d’une superbe vue, y compris le soir avec les lumières de la ville. La maison est magnifique, dans le pur style basque, et parfaitement rénovée en appartements. Un parking privé complète le tableau. Accès rapide au bord de plage et au centre de St Jean par les escaliers (100 marches qui ont été l’objet de défis de rapidité par ces temps de JO) Mention spéciale pour Laurent qui nous a accueilli si gentiment.

Appartement familial, chaleureux et fonctionnel

Les propriétaires sont accessibles et flexibles, à l'écoute des besoins des vacanciers. Tout est fait pour que l'arrivée et l'accueil soient faits dans de bonnes conditions. La place de parking est vraiment un plus ainsi que le linge de maison mis à disposition. Situé sur les hauteurs de la ville dans un cadre verdoyant et résidentiel, l'appartement est dans une maison typique de la région, proche du centre ville (10min à pied) et de la plage (15/20min à pied). Il est très fonctionnel et cosy pour une famille de quatre avec notamment la chambre-mezzanine que les enfants apprécient. La décoration et les objets (livres et jeux de sociétés pour les grands et les petits !) offre un cadre familial et chaleureux.

Location très bien située et équipée. Belle maison de maitre, separée en 21 appart desservis par un banal escalier en métal, décevant à l'ouverture de la porte principal. Appartement petit : le lit double est collé au mur dans la chambre principale, dans la chambre mezzanine la hauteur sous plafond est de 150cm, l'accès se fait par une échelle de meunier dont les marches n'ont pas la même hauteur, le balcon est étroit et permet de manger à 4 uniquement aligné. Tous les placards dégagent une forte odeur de renfermé, qui oblige à dormir la fenêtre ouverte. Nous avons cependant passé un très bon séjour.

Appartement avec beaucoup de charme et très lumineux

Très bon emplacement, facilité d'accès, accueil très compétent, déco sympa, beaucoup de charme, lumineux, balcon très agréable avec belle vue (même sur la mer au loin), cuisine pratique, proche du centre ville et de la plage (5à10 min à pied), un lieu ou on se sent bien et où on aimerait revenir souvent !...

Le logement est idéalement situé juste au dessus du centre, au calme, à côté de la plage de St Jean. Accueil avec une bouteille des propriétaires ( très gentille attention). Les draps et serviettes sont fournies ce qui est très appréciable! Nous reviendrons

Gute Lage, leider deutlich kleiner als angegeben, für 2 Personen geeignet.

Das Appartement ist eine von über zwanzig Wohnungen in einer ehemaligen Villa auf einer Anhöhe - in recht ruhiger Lage, sofern in der Nachbarschaft nicht gerade Baumaschinen lärmen. Die Wohnung ist beengt. Bett und Schrank stehen in einer Kammer (ca. 7m2) beim Eingang. Der Hauptraum (knapp 18 m2) enthält eine Sofaecke, einen Tisch mit vier Stühlen und eine Küchenzeile. Darin ist eine maximal ausgebaute Galerie (10 m2 bei ca. 130 cm Raumhöhe) integriert, erreichbar über eine schmale Holztreppe über der Küchenzeile: als Schlafplatz und Spielfläche für Kinder nutzbar. Für die Vermieterin zählen diese halbhohe Galerie ebenso zum „Wohnraum“ wie der schmale, nicht nutzbare Flur, das kleine Bad, der Balkon und der Parkplatz ;-). So kommt sie irgendwie auf die behaupteten 50 m2. Tatsächlich sind es bei gutem Willen 35 m2. Den zu hohen Preis für diese Wohnfläche benennen auch andere Kommentare. Das Verwalterpaar war freundlich und bestätigte die Fakten, die Vermieterin blieb jedoch ohne Entgegenkommen. Anders als angegeben, gibt es keinen Abstellraum, der schmale Einbauschrank ist mit Putzgeräten gefüllt, eigene Koffer stehen im Raum. Es gibt nur ein(!) 140cm-Bett. Auf dem Boden des „Mezzanine“ liegen zwei dünne Matratzen. 1 m Kleiderschrank und die Hälfte der Kommode stehen zur eigenen Verfügung, der Rest ist mit alten Büchern, Karten, Spielen und Heften gefüllt, mit Dekoration zugestellt oder verschlossen. Für eigene Utensilien bleibt der Esstisch oder der Boden. Es gibt zwar eine Waschmaschine, aber keinen Wäscheständer, es wäre auch kein Platz dafür. Die einzige Stange zum Trocknen von Handtüchern ist direkt über der innenliegenden Toilette montiert. Die Küchenzeile wird von einer wuchtigen Mikrowelle, einer winzigen Kaffeemaschine und dem Toaster belegt, der Rest ist Waschbecken und ein kleiner zwei Platten-Herd. Es gibt zwar einen Topf und eine größere Pfanne, beide passen aber nicht gleichzeitig auf den Herd. Die Küchenausstattung ist - wie die ganze Einrichtung - jahrzehntealt. Geeignet für einen kurzen Aufenthalt für zwei Personen ohne Ansprüche ans Kochen.

location pour 2p sur 1semaine de l'Ascension

Nous avions réservé à la dernière minute, ce qui explique le choix d'un appartement car pour vacances nous louons presque toujours des maisons (sauf à Paris) ou nous trouvonsdes surfaces beaucoup plus généreuses pour le meme prix. Ceciétant dit, la situation pour nous était idéale :on est toutde suite au centre ville sans les inconvénients notamment pour se garer et pouvoir sortir et rentrer en voiture. St Jean pendant les périodes d'affluence c'est vite l'enfer à certaines heures mais toute la cote basque d'ailleurs,heureusement l'autoroute est à coté. Question logistique,il y a 2 grandes surfaces (1Km de ST Jean) et en ville il y a tout ce qu'il faut et un beau marché couvert ouvert tous les jours ,la plage est à 5mn à pied. Le quartier était très calme car peu de monde à cette période et dans la maison tous les appartements n'étaient pas occupés. L'appartement en lui meme correspond aux photos, décoré avec gout, fonctionnel sans plus. L'accueil de la propriétaire et de de son représentant sont très bien. Nous avons passé une semaine sans souci et recommandons cette location.

Location 2p du 25 mai (Ascension) au 1 Juin

Nous avons passé un bon séjour, à 2 personnes .L'emplacement est idéal, facile pour quitter St Jean en voiture ou rentrer et à 10 minutes du centre ville et de la plage à pied. Il y a toutes les commodités très proches, aussi 2 grandes surfaces à 1/4 d'heure pour les grosses courses, le marché couvert tous les jours. Nous sommes arrivés pour le pont de l'Ascension et c'était très ,très compliqué au niveau circulation, ça allait mieux la semaine d'après, mais l'été ??? il faut éviter certaines heures. L'appartement en lui meme est fonctionnel décoré avec gout, mais petit : pour 2 personnes et sur une courte durée ça va, après on se sent vite à l'étroit, mais c'est un appartement et nous avons plus l'habitude de louer pour nos vacances des maisons qu'on trouve au meme prix en s'y prenant dès Février. Le quartier était très calme mais il y avait peu de monde à cette saison, idem dans les appartements de la villa. Très bon acceuil à l'arrivée et au départ. Nous recommandons cette location.
