"Hotel is miles from Honfleur and on an industrial park. First room offered was on ground floor where window opened onto cars parked outside. So we asked to move. Next room had broken air con so once again we had to ask to move. Third room had broken door lock - we had to be given the key rather than card key. The toilet lid fell off whilst we were there. "Staff absolutely terrific. Breakfast all you can eat for three hours with a lot of possibilities. Endless teas/coffee/juices. Only a fifteen minute walk into downtown Deauville. Next to two supermarkets, a steakhouse & a Chinese restaurant before even walking into Touques. If I could give 10 stars, it would not be enough!!!"
