The hotel is old, the facilities haven’t been maintained since the last 20 years, the staff is exhausted, made of extras, and have no means to provide a professional service for the customers.

Don’t. Just… don’t.

No wifi in the bedroom. No room service. Not allowed to bring food into the hotel even though there’s no room service. No changing table anywhere for a baby. Juice machines at breakfast broken. Rude staff. Not able to put drinks from the bar onto your room.

The first room we got assigned had no towels, a dirty shower and missed pillow cases. The reception said that housekeeping couldn’t come back to clean and we were assigned another room. It appeared that it was cleaned but the airconditioning wasn’t working in this room. This property is old, not maintained (leaking air conditioning in the hallways) or cleaned (dirty carpets) . Staff didn’t even care when I told them I had a terrible stay upon check out. They just smiled. When paying 300 Euros a night I do expect more!

Certaines choses sont à revoir

Je dirais que les balconnets des chambres ont besoin d'un grand nettoyage. Les joints autour de la baignoire de la salle de bain méritent d'être refaits. Le rideau de douche est tellement petit qu à chaque douche c est l inondation. Il est inadmissible de faire la chasse aux maillots de bain pour homme, un peu trop long, alors que certaines personnes se baignent en robe où en burkini. Ce qui est à mon sens un manque d' hygiène total. D' ailleurs je n' ai pas mis un pied dans l eau de la piscine. Sinon restaurant et personnel du restaurant au TOP.

Personnel très accueillant et disponible. Le parc de l'hôtel est magnifique, on a de quoi à faire entre la piscine chauffée, la salle de sport et la balade tout autour.
