N'avons pas pu avoir accĂšs Ă  notre chambre. Nous avons tapĂ© plusieurs fois notre numĂ©ro de rĂ©servation mais Ă  chaque fois on nous mettait que ce numĂ©ro n'existait pas. Nous avons mĂȘme appeler le service technique..mais rien.nous sommes donc rentrĂ©s chez nous au milieu de la nuit....donc on ne peut pas dire que l'on gardera un merveilleux souvenirs et nous trĂšs trĂšs en colĂšre 😠 👿

The hotel did its job but it wasn’t great. We had a small child in our party (4 years old) but the top bunk of the bed said it was not suitable for children under 6, which was problematic. The room wasn’t particularly clean and it all looked a bit tired and in need of a refresh. We stayed in another Ibis Budget in Rouen later in the week and that was much better. We received an email at 2pm saying we could check in from that point but we had to wait until 5pm when the reception was staffed again because the code didn’t work in the check-in machine

A good stopover

This was a perfect stopover hotel. It was well located, easy to find, quiet, clean and comfortable. There were some restaurants within walking distance and I had my dog with me. They were very welcoming. I would stay here again.

Bonjour, mis à part le lit de bonne qualité, deux défauts majeurs me sont apparus, dont un bloquant : 1. quasiment impossible d'avoir quelqu'un au téléphone pour obtenir des informations sur la réservation. Vraiment trÚs désagréable. 2. C'est moi qui ait fait la réservation pour 2 chambres. Quand je suis arrivé le soir à l'hotel, je tape le seul numéro de réservation que j'avais et en conséquence, aucune information sur la 2nde chambre. Franchement bloquant. Je n'ai recu que tard dans la nuit un email me donnant le 2nd numéro de réservation. Pour cette raison je doute louer une chambre chez Ibis à l'avenir.
