A 2km du centre de St Gilles Croix de Vie et à proximité de la mer, cette spacieuse maison de vacances sur terrain clos avec un petit jardin de 380 m2 ,se compose d'une cuisine équipée micro-ondes et four, réfrigérateur avec freezer, d'un lave-vaisselle. Un séjour avec télévision, une salle d'eau avec douche à l'italienne, un wc, 3 chambres avec des lits doubles dont une avec salle d'eau privative.
Un cellier avec un congélateur, un lave-linge et un évier 2 bac qui donne suite à un garage avec un réfrigérateur/congélateur.
Les Plus de cette location à la mer : Dans un environnement calme , profitez d'une terrasse avec salon de jardin, à proximité de la plage et des pistes cyclables. Ménage fin de séjour inclus.
