Située au coeur du 'Maroc', au calme d'une ruelle, cette maison typique de Croix de Vie se devine derrière son haut portail. A quelques pas du marché, de la gare et du port de pêche et de plaisance, "Petite barque" c'est son nom, est une parfaite maison de vacances qui peut accueillir 5/6 personnes. Agrandie et relookée, elle reste très pratique. Son salon - salle à manger de 30 m² s'ouvre par une grande baie, sur le jardin - rare dans ce quartier - au Sud Ouest, et sur une cour de 14 m². La cuisine aménagée et équipée a aussi un accès direct sur l'extérieur. La chambre du rez de chaussée est petite et a sa propre salle d'eau avec WC. A l'étage, 2 petites chambres communiquent et profiteront de la 2ème salle d'eau avec wc du rez de chaussée. Pour aller à la Grande Plage, vous pourrez choisir entre prendre le bateau "le passeur", l'été, et y être en moins de 2 minutes (payant) ou prendre les vélos pour une balade sur 1300 m.
