Residence "Les Grets", 2 storeys. Outside the resort, 2 km from the centre of St Gervais, 6.8 km from the skiing area, located by a road. For shared use: swimming pool heated (12 x 7 m, depth 100 - 220 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jul. - 31.Aug.). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking on the premises. Shop 1.8 km, supermarket 1.8 km, restaurant 1.8 km, 25 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Le chateau" 280 m, outdoor swimming pool 2.3 km, thermal baths "Thermes de Saint Gervais" 6.8 km. Tennis 2.3 km, minigolf 2.3 km, gondola lift 1.5 km, ski bus stop 280 m, ice rink 2 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Evasion Mont Blanc. Please note: car recommended. Ski bus (free of charge). In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. Additional accommodations can be booked.

Bel appartement dans une belle résidence
Appartement bien équipé avec une très belle vue. . Seule point négatif :pas de prise de courant dans la salle de bains (et pas de miroir ailleurs) Résidence calme et très bien entretenue. Les enfants peuvent jouer dehors au milieu de la résidence. Les voitures sont garées à l'écart. Pour les commerces, un bureau de tabac et une boulangerie sont accessibles en 10 mn a pied. Pour le centre ville, il est préférable en voiture mais a pied possible.

Logement satisfaisant mais sans plus
Logement situé en bas de l'immeuble, le long d'un chemin passager. Le manque de rideau le rend peu intime et fort exposé au voisinage. Nécessité de maintenir les volets partiellement baissés. Mal équipé : peu de vaisselle, des couverts de "dinette". Une petite table, 2 chaises pour un logement loué pour 4 personnes...rare logt loué sans parasol. Logement propre et en cours de rénovation. Parking compliqué

20 sur 20, très satisfait, je recommanderai ce logement à des amis pour un séjour très agreable , parking privé, bonne situation sur la station, à proximité du télécabine " le Betex " .... A refaire
