Le Panoramic Mont Blanc apartment is a beautiful Chamonix apartment that is ideally located to enjoy the best that Chamonix has to offer. This newly renovated three bedroom apartment can sleep families with 4 adults and 4 children and has spectacular Mont Blanc views from its two balconies.
Just off the pedestrianised main street, this duplex Chamonix apartment has an open plan kitchen, dining and living room, complete with table, chairs and corner sofa. There is a smart TV with French channels and access to Netflix.The kitchen is very well equipped with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and Nespresso coffee machine. Le Panoramic Mont Blanc apartment lives up to its name with its two sunny balconies which lead off the living room, the first is south-east facing and has table, chairs and electric BBQ, so is perfect for breakfast and dinner in the sunshine. The second balcony has a lounging area and is south-west facing so perfect for catching the evening sunshine overlooking the Mont Blanc massif.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and is next to the main bathroom which has a toilet, sink, bath and shower, there is also a washing machine. The second bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. Upstairs, the second bedroom can be made up as a twin or king bed and the third bedroom has two single beds plus a built in bunk bed that provides two cabin style full sized beds that are perfect for teenagers or adults. This room also has a sink in it for that midnight glass of water! The high ceilings upstairs with Velux windows make these rooms feel spacious and airy.

Very nice spacious apartment with excellent location
The apartment is in a very nice location in a quiet neighbourhood but still at the heart of Chamonix center. Two big balconies with good views. Apartment is in a very good condition.

Modern clean apartment, perfect location
Third visit to Chamonix and best apartment yet. It’s modern, clean and close to the centre of Chamonix. Third floor apartment with stairs up to a further 2 bedrooms. Lower level main double bedroom, two bathrooms, kitchen and living space. Great to have 2 balconies with views directly on to Mont Blanc. Bedrooms upstairs quite small and were very warm as only skylights.

Nice apartment very centrally located with parking/garage for one car.
Flat is on 2 floors which could be less convenient for older people but for us was perfect. Rooms upstairs in the summer can be sometime too warm (velux windows) so recommend to keep the shade closed during the day to prevent rooms to get too warm. Overall very good

Excellent location
Good location central but away from the noise. Poma lift close by which can direct you to Brevant gondola. well equipped kitchen. Good room configuration for a family. Excellent views from the balconies. Great outdoor seating in good weather.
Suggested improvements: more comfortable seating in the living area. Bedroom curtains too flimsy to keep out the night light from town. Had to sleep with eye masks. Need better identification of ski locker attached to the apartment. Need a number or sign noted in the information sent out.

Holiday in Chamonix
We had a lovely stay in Chamonix and on the whole the accommodation met our needs. We cooked in most evenings due to small children and the kitchen could have been better equipped. The knives were blunt and things like baking tray, salad bowl, fruit bowl were missing. We could have done with more mugs. There were no mirrors in the bedroom which would have been useful. We had beautiful weather which made the upstairs rooms very hot and a fan would have been a useful addition. However the flat was light and spacious and the two balconies much enjoyed. The place was clean, well maintained and comfortable and these issues did not prevent us having a great holiday.
Fabulous location with excellent views of Mont Blanc
We're a retired couple who have visited Chamonix 7 times over the past twenty years and this property is by far the nicest we've stayed in. It's bright and roomy with excellent views of Mont Blanc. My only complaint is that the television is set at an angle if you're sitting on the sofa (which is not particularly comfortable). However, everything else was lovely.

Fantastic stay at Le Panoramic Mont Blanc Apartment
Me and my family stayed in this apartment for 2 nights, What a fantastic accomodation.
The location is ideal, a fantastic view on the Mont Blanc and the Alps, 50 meters away from the main pedestrian street but set back in a quiet place.
There is also a nice view on the church.
All the shops are 1 minute walking distance.
The inside is greatly finished, all furnitures are brand new, very well designed, with all you need in the kitchen, bathrooms, etc.
The atmosphere of the flat makes the pefect conditions for holidays.
I wish we could stay longer, but for sure, will come back.
One of this accomodation you would want to keep secret, just for you.
Excellent location, but apartment facilities could be improved.
The apartment is clean and well presented while the building is a little tired and messy. Location is very close to the main retail strip. Unfortunately, there were very limited pots and utensils for cooking. The wifi was terrible. Very slow. It could hardly even load simple web sites. A couple is easy fixes for the managers.

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans ce bel appartement très bien situé en plein centre de Chamonix avec vue sur le Mont Blanc.
L’appartement est très agréable. Les 2 balcons sont un plus.
L’équipe de All Year est comme d’habitude très sympathique et à notre écoute.
Seul dommage : la cuisine n’est pas très bien équipée pour cuisiner, 2/3 trucs en plus serait un vrai pour être comme à la maison

Excellent emplacement avec vue sur le clocher et le Mont Blanc.
Appartement agréable à vivre à 2 minutes du centre dans un endroit animé (donnant situé sur le patio entre l'Eglise et la maison des guides) mais calme. Ameublement de goût et contemporain. Grands balcons permettant de profiter de la vue et de l'extérieur avec une grande plancha électrique.
Excellent emplacement pour départs de randonnées sans voiture (à pied : 10 mn remontée Brévent, 30 mn de La Flégère, 10 mn de la gare desservant la vallée).
Cuisine bien aménagée avec grand frigo. Ustensiles pour cuisine basique mais tout pour fondue et raclette !
Un garage trop petit pour une voiture de type moyen/grand SUV.
Avons passé un excellent séjour et n'hésiterons pas à relouer cette appartement.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement moderne, beau, propre et très bien situé à proximité des restaurants et magasins.
Ce logement dispose de tout ce dont nous avons eu besoin. Les balcons étaient très agréables avec une superbe vue sur le Mont-Blanc !
Pour notre prochain séjour à Chamonix nous ferons de nouveau appel à Chamonix All Year !
Really clean, well equipped, and secure. It feels as if everything has been thought of. Really comfortable beds. The two balconies provide a relaxing spot to soak up some sun. A bit more comfortable seating would have been nice, but wouldn’t have left mech room!
The apartment is a stones throw from the main pedestrian street, and not too far from one of the lifts.
Brilliant service from the Chamonix all year team.
We are a family of 5, with mostly grown up kids; it was a perfect size for us.

Fantastic place, fantastic view
I went to Chamonix couple of times but this is the first time I stayed in a stunning place like this one. Located at the city center but very quiet place, fully renovated and very well furnished and the view is just breathtaking! Can’t wait to come back this summer!
