Residence "Les Grets", 2 storeys. Outside the resort, 2 km from the centre of St Gervais, 6.8 km from the skiing area, located by a road. For shared use: swimming pool heated (12 x 7 m, depth 100 - 220 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jul. - 31.Aug.). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking on the premises. Shop 1.8 km, supermarket 1.8 km, restaurant 1.8 km, 25 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Le chateau" 280 m, outdoor swimming pool 2.3 km, thermal baths "Thermes de Saint Gervais" 6.8 km. Tennis 2.3 km, minigolf 2.3 km, gondola lift 1.5 km, ski bus stop 280 m, ice rink 2 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Evasion Mont Blanc. Please note: car recommended. Ski bus (free of charge). In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. Additional accommodations can be booked.
"Les G'rets", 1-room apartment 27 m2, on the ground floor. Entrance hall. Living/dining room with 2 pull-out beds (2 x 80 cm, length 190 cm), TV. Sleeping alcove with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm). Kitchenette (2 hot plates, mini-oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Senseo) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Bath/WC. Electric heating. Small patio. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking. Please note: non-smokers only. TV only FR. Smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.). Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Location très bien située géographiquement avec vue sur une partie de la chaîne du mont blanc, piscine sécurisée et chauffée proche du téléphérique de saint Gervais, pas nécessaire de prendre la voiture pour se rendre en ville. Logement pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants très fonctionnel avec du rangement

Chamante location

Il s'agit d'un charmant et rustique petit studio proposant un coin nuit pour les enfants, nous avons trouver l'endroit correcte pour une semaine à la montagne. La neige abondante cette année permets également de rejoindre la piste (rouge) menant au téléphérique du BETTEX à 100m. La propreté y était relative car le ménage n'est effectué qu'aux endroits visibles. La quantité d'eau chaude est faible. L'accès en voiture est compliqué pour le retour du BETTEX (oblige à refaire un tour de la ville).
