Apartments in Saint-Denis

"Es gibt leider nur eine Toilette. Mit 8 Personen kann das knapp werden. Ansonsten für einen Städtetrip völlig ausreichend."

"The apartment was adequate but would benefit from more kitchen utensils, dishes, knives/cutting boards, etc. Transit to Paris attractions was available with a 15 min walk to the metro (line 13) or RER B. There's a grocery store within easy walking distance. Overall our stay was comfortable and the host very responsive. "

"The host was very responsive. I would have rated the property higher but there was an odd smell the first few days. I think the building had a sewage issue. It went away on the 3rd day. The directions to check in were a bit confusing (I think because of language translation). The lockbox was stated to be “under” the mailbox, but it was actually “inside” of the mailbox. The garage was stated to be “next to” the entrance, however it was actually “around the corner” or on the other side of the...

"The property was difficult to access upon arrival as there was no one on site and the wrong FOB had been left for us. The property was advertised as a three bedroom, 2.5 bath. It is not. there are 2 bedrooms and an uncomfortable pull out couch in the living room. There is one room with a toilet and the shower and sink are in another small room. There is no tub as advertised. The property lacked cleanliness. We found soiled men’s underwear in one of the closets. Many lightbulbs were burnt out....

"Maybe the experience was so poor due to our unique circumstance. We were staying in Monaco for a week, but decided to do a 1-day overnight trip to Paris. We has a handicap senior and 2 children under 10. We traveled by train, so we didn't have a car. We explained this to the host. It was dark and cold and it took forever to find the box to get the key. Instructions were poor. The bathroom had mold. The towels were stained, small and thin. There were no face towels. There was no adequate linen...

"Hôte très précis et réactif. Appartement spacieux, quartier calme, bâtiment sécurisé garage assez grand pour un grand break."
