Apartments in Saint-Denis

"On a demandé un hébergement dans le quartier de Saint Denis, on nous a donné une adresse à Mantes-la-jolie, dès le début, on avait affaire à une manque de professionnalisme.Arrivée dans l'appartement, on avait seulement de l'eau chaude que la première et dernière nuit de notre séjour, ainsi que le chauffage ne marchait qu'à la première nuit de notre séjour.On a beau appelé, on a vécu dans un endroit froid pendant l'hiver.J'espère qu'il y aura une amélioration pour les autres vacanciers."

It was dark and cold and it took forever to find the box to get the key. Instructions were poor. The bathroom had mold. The towels were stained, small and thin. There were no face towels. There was no adequate linen...
