New independent house located on a closed wooded plot, in the heart of the pines and 100 m from the sea. Contemporary neat decoration.
Ground floor: large living room with American kitchen, utility room, 1 bedroom (160x200 bed), shower room and separate toilet.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1: 140x190 bed, 2: 4 bunk beds 90x190), bathroom and separate toilet.
Tiled double garage.
Equipment included: stereo, DVD player, Wifi, tumble dryer, complete baby equipment, outdoor solar shower.
Included: electricity, electric heating.
Not included: sheets, towels, tourist tax. Optional cleaning fee (200 €).
Pets accepted with deposit (100 €).
St Nazaire 15 km.
