Extremely disappointing. The hotel does not bear any similarity to the photos on site, in desperate need of a refurbishment. Room smelt of wet dog. Restaurant service was poor, kitchen ran out of food although we arrived 80 minutes before close of service, offered carrot salad and a pizza to share between two.

Not great first impression!
Hotel looked drab, scruffy and down at heel when we drove in to thr car park. Receptionist friendly and helpful, but even though not full could not accommodate my request for a ground floor room instead of 2nd floor no lift. Rooms very very tired and bathroom worse, with only one light working! It was however all very clean with fresh bedding and towels. Im guessing this Campanile is yet to receive a refurbishment! Also strangely the restaurant was only open on Monday Tuesday and Thursday - closed at weekends! Had to get back in the car after a ling drive from Italy to go and find a restaurant for dinner. Not ideal and wouldnt stay againin this Campanile.

This was a business trip. We stay here each time we need to visit this area and are very happy with the overall hotel. Personnel friendly and helpful, convenient location for us and easy parking.

Very handy location
We stayed here because we were visiting the Lorraine American Military Cemetery, and the Campanille was very near the site. Our room was a little small, but it was quite comfortable. The breakfast and dinner buffets were very good.

Air Conditioning issues
the Air Conditioning had broken down. Those who had not paid got a discount, we got a fan! no offer of free breakfast or discount in restaurant. And a poor member of staff was given no leaward by manager who has left her to fend for herself

Nice experience.
We arrived and the room was ready and clean... Hotel staff courteous....the food was excellent...Rooms are small as were the bath and toilet facilities....but adequate and definitely clean. It was within walking distance of the American WW II Cemetery and Monuments and the Maginot Line ruins too... Great history lesson at the place as well as the attendance at our event......

Owner lived in Australia as a kid, so speaks English well.
Parking is right in front of room so very convenient.
Safe and quiet.
Bus into old city nearby.
Very comfortable bed.

Friendly welcome, room nearby - easy parking.
The hotel couldn't accommodate us for an evening meal because of a large party booking - quite understandable. Staff recommended a local restraint. Good b/fast
We were driving back from Germany and had boooked the hotel as an overnight stop. There were 9 of us in the party and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. A separate room was quicly prepared so that we could all eat together and the food was very good. Campanile would be our hotel of choice for any future overnight stays.

Chambre vieillotte, salle de bain déprimante. 1 prise électrique pour toute la chambre et loin du lit.
Restaurant : prix prohibitifs 6€50 pour une quiche industrielle, même tarif pour le flan tout aussi industriel et le plat servi comme a la cantine...
Petit déjeuner correct.
