9.2/10 Wonderful! (2,012 reviews)
For being on the lower end price wise in London this hotel was excellent! Staff was so helpful and very kind at reception and the bar! It’s located perfectly with the Tower of London literally across the street and public transport is right there. Also if you you’re planning on getting Ubers/taxis this was the easiest/quickest stop for them to get to you!

7.8/10 Good! (119 reviews)
Very disappointing experience. I booked this London hotel for an employee, but the room’s condition and cleanliness were unacceptable and did not reflect what was advertised on Hotels.com. We had to arrange alternative accommodation at citizenM.
Hotel management told us they would refund the night, yet the issue remains unresolved. Our refund request has been treated as a cancellation-policy matter, despite being about the condition of the room and its suitability for a stay.
Having to relocate an employee and then chase a promised refund made an already poor experience even more frustrating. Based on both the room and the handling of our complaint, I would not recommend this hotel.

8.4/10 Very good! (10,776 reviews)
"The room was not clean at all. The AC didn’t work. We were told that someone was moved in a room before us. No accommodations were made. The bathrooms are very disgusting not clean so much tar under the faucet. The room was so hot no AC they put us in a room with no AC."
