"Great hotel to stay if you have an early flight. Staff were excellent. Bed was comfy. Wish there was a mini fridge. Left too early for breakfast. It was available but too early for me to eat. "

"Very clean, easy check-in, breakfast was great. Only criticism is that they wouldn’t pop our ice packs in the freezer overnight so that we could keep our baby’s milk cold when we travelled the next day. Apparently the chef got fed up of throwing them out so they’ve stopped allowing it. Bit frustrating! "

"Comfortable, good sized (for Europe) room, excellent location in city center. Only thing we weren’t happy with was our check in experience, but that was a system design issue, not the on-site staff’s fault. They should ditch their self check-in kiosks, which weren’t able to work for any guests when we arrived, and just put a proper registration desk back in and staff it full time. They’re clearly trying to save on labor costs, but it started off the otherwise pleasant stay on a negative. "

"Food was lovely but when we had meal in the restaurant Saturday night we was not told until we sat down and looked at menu we could only have soft drinks as their licence had not been renewed in time. We should have been told this on arrival Rooms were horrible. Lumpy bed and pillows and very small bathroom "

"Staff were polite and helpful, the room was serviceable and quiet. The furnishings looked quite tired though, both the rooms and hotel in general could probably use some renovation. This is a great place if you're only staying a couple of nights."

"I and my family had an amazing stay in the apartment. The apartment is very clean, Host was very welcoming, amenities were wonderful, communication was very effective and efficient. Even when I reported an item that was accidentally broken by my husband, the host took it simply and was more concerned that my husband was not hurt by the incident. She is such an amazing person. I will definitely use the apartment again whenever am around and I highly recommend it to any customer looking for a comfortable place in St Albans."
