"Staff were friendly, and room was very nice... food was excellent.. Problem we had was in the heatwave we only had a small fan, which could not keep up with cooling the room, so was a very sweaty night... And the stairs to Room C2 was very steep, which was a problem for the wife with a not so good knee. Parking on the property was a bonus, but could get full very quickly..... Hotel is close to everywhere which was fantastic. We asked / booked for 2 nights, but seems Hotels.com somehow only booked us for 1 night, seeing as it was our 45th Anniversary, well that got spoilt as we had to leave.."

"Great location, well appointed hotel. The room was great, very comfy bed, modern bathroom. Limited parking which was a bit tricky to find - but monitored by CCTV. Great breakfast, lots of choice. I’d definitely stay here again."

"Great location, first and foremost. The host was very accommodating and communicated well with us. Luckily the weather was cooler, so the lack of AC or having to use dusty fans wasn't an issue. My biggest complaint was the cleanliness of the flat. It was super dusty, the bed sheets almost looked like they weren't fresh and I was hesitant to use anything in the kitchen without a proper cleaning first. However, you simply can't beat the price and location. I just wish it had been thoroughly deep cleaned for us, because it needed it."

"Work retreat organised a few months ago.. Absolutely flawless check in, staff went out of their way to make our stay fun and memorable. Beautifully renovated with old and new features. The spa area was so refreshing. Would highly recommend booking the suites as really good value for money as all extras including spa access are included. You also get a private living space including an outdoor shared hydrotherapy pool which is great for a large group or family."

"No real complaints. just some observations which would make a difference. A few issues like having to constantly ask them for access codes . No mirror in the bedrooms to be able to dry my hair . The only mirror was in the bathroom which does not have a suitable safe outlet for a hairdryer. safe did. it work There were no safety grab rails in the bath shower and no safety mat to stand on in the bath whilst showering The location was excellent and the Corker taxi company were very good We enjoyed having the lovely park opposite for walking."
