"A/C not working. It took hours for a technician to arrive and said he fixed the issue but it was very warm all night. Parking terrible and very difficult to get into the hotel. The restaurant manager ( Loic Lavaud) was the best part of the stay. He tried to help with the air conditioner which is not his job but no maintenance available. He was extraordinarily kind and helpful. He allowed us to have a wonderful meal in his restaurant even though we were late arriving due to the maintenance issue. He went above and beyond his duties. He also was helping the front desk person,there were two wedding parties at the hotel with one front desk short staffed. The restaurant manager needs a raise and job security. "

"A 4 star level 3 star hotel. Basic accommodations, so if you require spa services and pampering move on. But for a decent place to sleep, excellent breakfast in a bright space, professional 24/7 staff, ok basic dinner options, and if priced lower than the fancy places, I definitely recommend staying here. There is a lovely walking path, about a mile and a half, to a train station that takes you right into Neufchâtel. Water in the room? Yes via the tap into paper cups. Soundproof? Forget it. Fan in the bathroom? Not exactly. Frig and microwave? No. Comfy bed, desk and closet space, nice housekeeping staff, everything you basically need? Yes! If you like to shop at Ikea instead of Neiman Marcus you will like this place. I will return. "

"Staff was very accommoding & friendly from the reception desk to the staff in the dining room & cleaning staff. Rooms need a little more attention. Carpet was extremely dirty in some spots & there was a pervasive odor throughout the room-not certain if smoke or mildew-maybe both. Otherwise, would definitely use this hotel & its wonderful staff."
